@ .kju, thanks for tip. Appears to work but ONLY if I click REPAIR on the mods, then launch ARMA 3 into the main menu from the launcher. If I just click repair, then let it sit, nothing happens so there must be something wrong with STEAM or a file that talks to STEAM from the launcher UI. This did not work for me, however I found a "fix" thanks to you. In the "C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\workshop\Content" I found the mod folder, changed the name to "@RHS_whatever" and changed it to the ARMA 3 root folder. Then loaded them as local mods. Workshop was working fine until today. I would subscribe to mods/missions, they would dl and and I could use them. Today Steam says they're dl'ing but when I open the launcher it just says something about corrupted files. But does not list the corrupted files and recently sub'd content is not visible. Whenever I download an Arma 3 workshop mod, it doesn't install. It will download just fine, but the launcher just refuses to say a new mod as been loaded. It will eventually find the mod, but it can sometimes take up to a WEEK for the mod to load. This issue started a few months ago. I have subscribed to alot of addons on steam workshop, but they won't show up in the game's laucher. I can play missions/scenarios, but I can't see my addons. PLZ help me! I dont have a solution yet, but for you, does the mod download as steam workshop civ 5 in your downloads in the steam library? Becuase everytime i unsubscribe and resubscribe, steam downloads the mods but they arent in the folder and dont appear. Anybody out there with a fix? EDIT: I think it is the new steam update.
